By accessing and using TraderCompanion ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TraderCompanion is a marketplace platform that provides access to trading tools, software, and utilities. We facilitate the distribution of tools and provide activation keys for authorized users.

The Platform acts as an intermediary between tool providers and users. We do not develop, own, or control the tools listed on our platform unless explicitly stated.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

When you download a tool from our Platform, you receive an activation key that is unique to your account and the specific tool. Activation keys are:

• Non-transferable and tied to your account
• Intended for personal use only unless otherwise specified
• Subject to the terms and conditions of the individual tool provider
• May have expiration dates or usage limitations

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute activation keys obtained through our Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any tools obtained through the Platform

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TraderCompanion or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Tools available for download remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By downloading a tool, you agree to respect the creator's intellectual property rights and any license agreements associated with the tool.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERCOMPANION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TraderCompanion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
